Confident in the record of the TPS technology in Canada and around the world the Saskatchewan Ministry of the Environment has approved the PS2 Treatment Facility, under Approval Number PO06-104.
The Company is authorized to receive, store, treat and/or dispose of soils, sludges, sediments and debris that have been contaminated with the one or more of the contaminants listed below, and in a manner consistent with The Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2002 and Regulations, The Clean Air Act and Regulations and the requirements of this Approval.
